We are selling three of our 60bbl fermenters. They are made in the US by Marks and only a couple years old (manufactured in 2016). They will fit under 14' ceilings because their geometry is custom and slightly shorter and squatter than stock (does not affect performance whatsoever in our experience). Asking 22k each OBO.

30 bbl ripley Stainless fermenter. It holds internal pressure great, but there's a small leak in one of the glycol jackets that we cannot locate. We thought we had found the leak, but the spots turned out not to be the leaks. Hence, the holes cut in the shell. The tank is insulated and can still be used for holding liquids. Perhaps you need a lacto souring tank, or a wild ale fermenter. This could be the tank you need for just such things. Make me a realistic offer and it's ready to send to you. Buyer pays shipping and any crating fees.

Ferment 20 gallon batches of beer in these beautiful conical fermenters, and control the temperature of your fermenting beer to within 1 degree, any time of the year! The included Dual-Stage Controller will simultaneously control both the cooling unit and the 40-Watt heater. The cooling units mount to the outside of the cone with no internal contact with the beer. The cooling is extremely gentle on your yeast, changing wort temperatures at about a degree an hour. It can get to and hold your ale fermentation temperatures of 65-72 Fahrenheit all the way up to ambient temps of 100 Fahrenheit. In addition, it can get to and hold lager fermentation temperatures of 48-52 Fahrenheit all the way up to ambient temperatures of 80 Fahrenheit.
We recently brought in new equipment that we need to make room for, so we have a 40 bbl (DME) unitank for sale. Note the tank as pictured is stripped of parts as it was just cleaned, but includes the parts listed on the diagram (PRV, butterfly valves, pressure gauge, racking arm, etc...) that I can email to you directly. There is also a 1" copper glycol manifold on the back of the tank; I'm happy to leave it connected if you choose to buy it and your riggers can accommodate it, but it may need to be removed for shipping. I also have a tank cradle that might fit it for shipping - again this is up to your riggers. Let me know if you have any questions - thanks!
These oak foudre tanks were originally used for champange production, then used for sour beer production since 2013. They are in excellent condition and have been used to make some of Cascade Brewing's finest sour beers including Noyaux, Figaro, Vlad the Impaler, Sang du Chene, Manhattan NW. They will no doubt continue to produce incredible beers in their new home - no microbiological issues or leaks (as of last use). We are making updates to our cellar floor layout and, sadly, no longer have room for these tanks.
