So, if you are considering co-packing to produce your new beverage, here's an item that you might want to consider which could save you time, money, frustration and all of the "shopping around". It also puts YOU in control of your production! Produce your beverage anytime you want, for as long as you need. No need to "sign up" for a production run that's larger than what you really want. Make more when you need more. Preserve your cash flow and have fresh product available anytime you need it. If you do not have a manufacturing plant, and a good one at that, you're already in trouble. If you're planning to batch manufacture, forget about it, there's no scalability and you become time and productivity constrained.
