Process fours trays at once. Time and Temp setup. Water bath is temp controlled and timer pauses until bath is at temp to ensure complete pasteurization cycle. Units can be altered to accommodate any power source or separate heat source. Can be customized to increase batch size as well.

Cask ACS v4.2 with depal, conveyance and collection table. Looking for $60,000 CDN. Runs comfortably at 25-30 CPM for 16 oz and 30-35 CPM for 12 oz. Line is in good shape, has been well maintained and was refurbished before decommissioning. We have manuals for the line and depal available to send via email and will throw in all spare parts we have in stock with sale. Cask has been a great support for any repair and maintenance needed to keep this line running smoothly. Happy to discuss if any further info is needed.

Lightly used ICHA 60 for 6 pack handles (Roberts PolyPro only, won't run PakTechs). We ran 12 and 16 oz cans. Change parts can be ordered for 4 packs or sleek cans from Roberts. Cans index in and discharge at a 90 degree angle. Will run at speeds up to 60 cpm or 10 cycles per minute. If desired, we can bundle this with our PSA CB 50 filler/ seamer (listed separately). Have a used XpressFill model XF2200 for sale ... used during the pandemic and worked as should. It can fill a multiple sized cans, was used for both 12oz and 16oz cans.
