I am selling this 2015 Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel's masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway. Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility. System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle, and multiple recirculation points. Email me for more pictures and the schematics. The brewhouse is located in Pittsboro, IN. 15 bbl Brewhouse Steam Heated Mash/WHP Kettle (Bottom prop for stirring the mash) Lauter Tun with top mounted rake motor Hydrator What this system doesn't include: Control Panel Mash Pump wort pump Piping between tanks Platform Heat Exchanger What you're buying here is 15 bbl Mash Tun Combo Tank and 15 bbl LT. You will need to fabricate the piping between the tanks and add a mash pump to transfer the mash over to the LT and a wort pump. We currently mash into the LT as it has a 4" hydrator port so you can either do that and forgo the mash pump or get a mash pump for step mashing and mash into the combo tank and transfer it over. Both tanks have 4" hydrator ports. There is some work for sure to get the piping fabricated, source a couple pumps and a H/X.
