Now Available for sale - we have a used Criveller 30 bbl brewhouse that has been reconditioned with new Thomson wash down pumps and custom brewhouse control panel. Piping has been upgraded and new valves have been utilized. It was refurbished for a client who is no longer pursuing expansion. Details as follows: Criveller 30 bbl 2 vessel steam heated brewhouse. The system was built new in approx 2012 and was in service until June 2021. This package includes the following: Criveller 30 bbl Mash/Lauter tun with 5 hp top mounted rake assembly and side grain out door. This is a steam heated vessel. Criveller 30 bbl brewkettle/whirlpool with steam jacket for heating (bottom and sidewall). Stainless steel brewers platform. Kettle has sloped bottom to dump with graduated sight glass, whirlpool arm, adjustable racking arm, thermometer, and dump arm and extra ports. Removable lid, with stationary CIP spray ball, and condensation stack (see pics), stainless steel, single wall non- insulated construction. 300 gallon boil kettle for sale. Good shape, I have been using it as a HLT since getting larger boil kettle. It had to be repaired due to burner running without product in it. Has been repaired with sanitary welds and have been using since. Midco EC300 natural gas burner comes with it along with steam and gas vent piping. We have a brewhouse for sale that has never been brewed on! That being said, it has been in various forms of storage for a while, and it shows some related signs of wear. But the overall shape is great and the interior stainless looks perfect. It is set up to do decoction mashing (mash into the BK and transfer to LT) but you could easily modify it to act as a typical pub-style brewhouse with the stacked MT/LT and HLT.
