This machine is currently being used weekly and will be decommissioned in June 2024. Purchased new from ABE and commissioned in 2020. The 12 head filler, ABE GlassPak33 has been a workhorse for our brewery and has been well maintained. We are selling the infeed turntable, GlassPak33, air knife, and crown hopper/conveyor. We run the system at 33 bottles per minute (1,980/hr) and average loss levels of 3%. It’s currently set to fill 12oz stubbie bottles and can easily be configured to run other 12oz bottles (heritage, long neck, etc). We also include changeover parts for filling 500ml Euro style bottles. This full bottling line has served us well for 7 years but we are moving to cans and it needs a new home. The star of this show is the GAI MLE 661 filler, a monobloc 6 head linear counterpressure filler that does double pre-evacuation for ultra low DO values. It features an inverting rinser, 6 head electropneumatic valve filler, fobber, and a rotating turret crowner. It is a very flexible filler with changeout parts for 330 ml, 12 oz longneck, and 750 ml bottles, with crowning heads for 26 mm and 29 mm crowns. We use all 3 sizes regularly and it works well for all. This machine just had a full maintenance service including regasketing by Prospero, the dealer. It has been well-maintained. 4000 BPH monoblock, counter-pressure, filler Comac Line for sale. We are transitioning our package line up entirely to cans and will no longer have a need for bottles around March. This line will be available to ship around then when we end up decommissioning. The major parts were all replaced back in 2022 (gearbox, clutches, sensors, etc.) and the line will include an array of spare pneumatics. Line includes infeed conveyor, cold glue labeler (body and neck labels), outfeed conveyor, and booster pump. We have the machine in good operating conditioning before we took it offline. Troxler TV2000 automatic screw capper with nitrogen/CO2 dosing addition. New in late 2018, used 10 days per year since. Super solid machine, adjustable for many sizes of bottles. Set up for 30×60 Stelvin caps, but can work with other long neck caps. Plexiglas is cracked, but was professionally fixed and has caused no issues. Pick optional or can crate for extra $300
