This machine is currently being used weekly and will be decommissioned in June 2024. Purchased new from ABE and commissioned in 2020. The 12 head filler, ABE GlassPak33 has been a workhorse for our brewery and has been well maintained. We are selling the infeed turntable, GlassPak33, air knife, and crown hopper/conveyor. We run the system at 33 bottles per minute (1,980/hr) and average loss levels of 3%. It’s currently set to fill 12oz stubbie bottles and can easily be configured to run other 12oz bottles (heritage, long neck, etc). We also include changeover parts for filling 500ml Euro style bottles. SN 6022TGA07814 Meheen 6 head filler Originally set up to run 22oz bottles, was sent off to Meheen to be converted to run 500ml. Comes with a bunch of old parts if you want to try to run different shape/sized bottles. With shims, the crowner and filler swapped, I was able to run a couple different shape 500ml bottles. Comes with a bunch of extra parts.

Late 90's 4 head 12oz longneck bottle filler. We have had this machine since 2011. It was serviced by Meheen in 2012. This machine does a great job. Can do up to 1 case per minute. Great for a small brewery running limited quantities. $6900. OBO

Fully adjustable to accommodate all bottle sizes from 8oz to 64oz growlers. Can easily add CO2 bottle purge if desired. Currently getting about 12 bottles per minute and set up with 4 heads but can add more if desired. Setup on full length drip tray so that bottles easily slide from station to station and don’t need to be loaded into carriers or handled. Simple slide from left to right! Used 6-head Meheen bottle filler for sale. Used sparingly over the course of the last seven years by our brewery but we are no longer in need of it. Machine is in great shape due to not being used regularly (no more than once a month). Can run up to 80 cases an hour when dialed in. We can easily deliver it locally (Denver area), otherwise buyer will pay for shipping.
