We have two 30 bbl Foeder Crafters foudres for sale. Used for various Brett and mixed-culture projects since 2019. Lightest toast that Foudre Crafters offered, steamed multiple times before filling and between each fill Multiple GABF and Oregon Beer Awards medals in Specialty Saison and Fruited Mixed Culture Zwickel, racking arm, CIP arm and spray ball, top manway. All fittings included. Custom stainless steel stands included (we paid $1100 each) ~62" diameter, 108" from top of CIP arm to bottom of stand One is ready to go, currently full of holding solution.
