Kettle is 4.5 BBL dish bottom (rated for 4) with sight glass, whirlpool arm, thermometer, racking port and dump arm. Mash tun comes with one piece removable false bottom and manway to extract spent grist. Hot liquor tank (HLT) comes with transfer port. 180,000 BTU propane burners for each tank is included (jets are NOT interchangeable to natural gas). Black gas pipe shown is included.
