Almost new Wild Goose 250 four head filler for sale.  This machine will be available in May 2021 when our new filler arrives. The filler has a top speed of about 40 CPM.  There are currently 64,000 cycles on its seamer and I anticipate approximately 350,000 cycles by the time it will be available for shipping.  It is set up for 12 oz. sleek cans with 202 LOE lids but could easily be reconfigured to regular 12 oz. cans or even 16 oz.  The filler is set up for 230V 3 phase power.  It has flowmeter upgrade for each fill head so fills can be controlled by volume or fill time.  It also has the optional DO reducing bubble breaker and can rinse.

The filler is in pristine condition.  It has only been used for flavored seltzer water with cannabis extract and natural flavoring, so it has contact with very little organic material.  It has always been cleaned in place using manufacturer recommended 120 degree PBW after use.  We have been using approximately 120 PPM PAA for sanitization so no iodine stains.

Why are we selling this?  We underestimated the throughput our new facility will require and have purchased a faster filler which will be commissioned in May.  We are completely satisfied with the performance of this Wild Goose, however, and this unit’s reputation for simplicity and reliability is well deserved.
