*** SOLD *** Used Xpressfill 2200 & Oktober Seamer ( $3,500 )
- This is perfect setup for the small brewery to get into some small scale packaging. We bought this in May of 2019 and used it for 14 months until we just decided to upgrade.
This included the 2 head filler from Xpressfill and a seamer from Oktober. The filler is the XF2200 ($2,695) and the seamer is the MK19.2V2 ($2,040) The filler is an open fill machine that includes a tube that reaches the bottom.
There is a start switch that is pushed in with the bottom of the can. This starts the CO2 purge (the purge length can be changed to whatever you want), once the purge is done the fill cycle starts. The machine fills until liquid trips the sensor and then it stops. We have made some modifications to the system to suit our needs but absolutely everything is super easy to return to factory specs. I would be willing to do that beforee you purchase if wanted. I changed the solenoid to be on the outside of the machine for 2 reasons: ease of cleaning and get them closer to the outlet to minimize oxygen ingress between fills. I allso added an adjustable wire to the stop sensor. This was nice to have some adjustability.
The seamer is in great condition minus the magnets. Do a search, the magnets that come on these machines suck and fall off and have to be glued back on. Nothing major. This machine has been discontinued but it will fill 12, 16, and 19.2 oz cans.
We could get close to 400 cans per hour with our 2 man crew if the beer was flowing perfect and everything weas going great.
You could easily just toss this on any table but we were using a 3 bay sink. Our canning area is a dry environment so this was easiest. If you would want to go this route I’d throw in a stand and some other items that made it easier.
Let me know if you have absolutely any questions
