Manual For CIP Cleaning System-2 Reservoirs

After busy brew day is done,the clean works will begin,our CIP system will help brewer a lot,it can makes the cleaning works more easier.

All sizes of CIP system are available,

Standard Sizes:75L,120L,200L,300L,400L,500L/each reservoir;Customized sizes available for any sizes of brew tanks.

Main steps:

Standard cleaning system heat the caustic in the caustic reservoir,

then pump the heated caustic into the brew tank to be cleaned,

then the caustic is recaptured in the caustic reservoir;

After the caustic cleaning is done,the pump will transfer sanitizer to rinse and recirculate,then back to sanitizer reservoir finally.

&float ball to prevent dry-firing heat element;

Sanitizer reservoir

&without heat element(if need heat element,will be charged in addition);

Centrifugal pump:

How to use the CIP?

1. Fill the tank with caustic;
2. Fill the another tank with sanitizer or other liquid you may use;
3. Run the panel;
4. Heat the caustic to the temp as you set/want;
5. Plumb the system to the tank to be cleaned;
6. Run caustic cycle;
7. Run sanitizer cycle;
8. Done.
