We will have a turnkey 16oz canning line available approximately the end of March or beginning of April. Includes depalletizer, twist rinser, rotary counter pressure filler, can seamer, labeler and conveyor systems. If you wanna see it run, it will be in use until our new line arrives in about two months. We run this line in the 35 can per minute range due to back-end packaging speed constraints. It is capable of running faster or slower.

The depalletizer, twist rinser, filler and seamer are from Inline Automation out of Princeton, MN. They are very responsive and great to work with.

-Depalletizer is just under ten feet tall, but handles full-height pallets of cans.

-Twist can rinser can be interfaced with an ink coder.

-Rotary Counter Pressure filler has CO2 flushed head space with immediate lid application.

-Seamer is an Angelus head setup for 202 LOE B64 ends on a 16oz can.

-Labeler is an Inline Labeler Paradigm 700sp.

-Labeler is 110 volt. Canning line is 208 volt 3-phase. Minimal compressed air required.
