Spindle Cap Tightener ( $10,000 )

This is a spindle capper tightener which fits over a conveyor belt. We used it to tighten the caps on our bottles so we could use a tear-off safety seal cap and it tightens just perfectly, tight enough but not too tight. There are knobs for adjusting the tightness, speed and more. Its big enough to tighten jar lids. I recently replaced the belts so its good to go for many years. I can also sell the conveyor belt and accumulation table to go with it.
Note this is not a cap placer. We have someone manually set the cap in place, this just tightens it. There’s space on my line to add the cap placer, we just never got that far and this was more of a priority to save employee wrists from overuse.
