Siebel Draught Courses return to Chicago

For over 20 years, Siebel Institute of Technology has offered industry-leading draught beer education, and for the first time in a decade, our 4-day Draught Master and 2-day Draught Executive courses are returning to Chicago starting August, 23rd, 2022.

The courses are designed and presented by Martin Schuster, a recognized industry expert in draught technology. Martin has worked in practically every area of draught, with extensive teaching and consulting history with some of the largest breweries and distributors in the world. These courses offer a complete overview of every important area of draught beer service, and they are an excellent choice for those involved in draught beer service including bar & restaurant staff/management, distributor salespeople and, especially, those responsible for the design, installation and servicing of draught systems.
