I run a brewpub in Indiana that has been opened for 22 years and a 2nd restaurant opened in 2019.  My lease is coming to a conclusion this summer for the brewpub as the building will be re-developed.  I’m seeking an investor with high net worth (+$2 Mil.) to participate in the acquisition of a popular, high volume brewpub in central Indiana.  In exchange the investor will receive an equity stake in my company.  I will work full-time in the new brewpub and keep an eye on my 2nd restaurant that I live right by.

The new brewpub is desirable to acquire due its location in a trendy, growing area of Hamilton County, Indiana.  Nearby businesses, home and apartments provide a strong lunch, dinner and late night sales.  The brewpub has a nearby production facility, brewery permit and 3-way liquor license.  Growth opportunities exist with upgrading some equipment at the production facility in order to get into small batch canning.  Lease has 7 years left with 5-year option.

Recent full year sales & cash flow:

2020 Sales @2,125,078 with $580,778 cash flow.

2021 Sales: $2,983,180 with  $811,812 cash flow.
