We have upsized to a larger brewhouse, and really need to free up some space!
PKW 3.5 barrel steam brewhouse is decommissioned and ready to go! We have dropped our price to hopefully get it moving.
This is a very efficient system. Easy to brew on and the craftsmanship of PKW is top notch.
Here are the included components;
Mash Tun with steam jacket
Boil Kettle with steam jackets
Whirlpool Kettle
External Calandria (can be used to turn whirlpool kettle into HLT)
Brewstand
Brewhouse control panel
Lid that fits all kettles, and spray ball for CIP
Crown low pressure steam boiler
Condensate return pump
Condensate trap manifold
All black pipe to plumb system about 25′ from boiler
Copper pipe to plumb condensate return same distance
CPE plate heat exchanger
False bottom (three pieces) for mash tun
Sparge arm
Grain out hoe
five butterfly valves, clamps and gaskets
Small mounted chugger type pump that came mounted to the stand. We used it just to move sparge water
