Located in a 145 yo. Historic Church offering great visual interest and original stained glass windows from the 40’s. Building is owned, very low taxes and licensing costs by the city. Was ran by husband and wife team for first year, now employing 3 dedicated part time team members allowing us to open taproom additional hours. We have an excellent local following and great reviews. We offer live music on weekends throughout the summer which people travel from distances to come see.
3BBL 2-vessel brewing system, 4 3BBL fermenters and 1 brite. First year 140 bbl production, all sold from our taproom via pints, growlers and crowlers. We expect that to increase to 200 BBL yr. 2

Sale includes business and real estate, owners looking to relocate. All the hard work is completed for someone looking to come in and run from day 1. Great local community, high tourist volume make this location hard to pass up. Will train new owners in all aspects.
