We used ozinated water to sanitize nearly everything in the brewery. Floors, tanks, walls, packaging machinery, etc. very versatile, you can sanitize kegs, bottles, cans, whatever. We got this unit with the optional output control, ozone gas strip and destroy safety option and ozone and oxygen gas output option. This last option allows you to produce ozone gas to sanitize spaces such as tap rooms, etc. by setting it to produce gas and leaving it in the space overnight. Yes, it kills all manner of bacteria, molds, viruses (including COVID19). Only reason we are selling it is that we are closing this location. Unit is mounted on a cart and you can plumb it into piping in the brewery or attach a hose.
