We’re a funded start-up brewery that is looking to buy an existing business in the Pacific Northwest. Primarily we’ve been focusing our search around Seattle and the outlying areas, but will consider as far south as Tacoma or north as Mount Vernon. We are looking to structure the purchase as an asset sell with an assumption / renegotiation of an existing lease.

We’re somewhat flexible in scale, but the ideal acquisition would include a brew house with a brew length of 7 – 10bbl and cellar capable of outputting 1,000 bbl annually. An attached tasting room should be part of the real estate configuration. The ideal building will be between 4000-5000sf. We are not interested in acquiring any of the intellectual property.
