Our equipment specs are as follows (for this purpose ‘bbl’= barrel, which is 31 gallons each):
> One 15 barrel Specific Mechanical Brewhouse which includes:
> -Mash Tun w/ false bottom
> -Over-sized steam-jacketed kettle that can boil upwards of 17 bbl
> -Brew stand w/ temperature control panel (does need a handful of digital temp controls installed)
> -Grist hopper with 800+ lb. capacity
> -Roller Mill
> -Grain Elevator for grist delivery to Mill and Hopper
> -(Possibly) the Condensate return tank and pump if salvageable
> -Manifold diverter system with two pumps and controls
> One DE Filter
> One BEAST of a Hot Liquor tank at almost 40 bbls
> Eight 15 bbl Brite/Serving Tanks with PRV (pressure relief valves) and Carbonation stones
> Four 15 bbl Fermentation Vessels
> Two 30 bbl Fermentation Vessels (One of which has a leak in the glycol jacket and would require a welder to find and repair)
> All regulators for co2 and o2, tri-clamps, gaskets, valves, and hoses. (I can get get hose lengths and quantity asap)
> Solenoids and probes for temp controlling tanks.
> Stainless steel wash sink.
> Could also include either or both line chilling units and tap towers if needed.
