THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED – THANKS VERY MUCH FOR THE REPLIES FOLKS…. NOW IF I CAN JUST FIGURE OUT HOW TO DELETE THE POST….

Unfortunately after a year of crossing our fingers and hoping we’d get our expansion done first, our current kettle finally popped a leak in the fire box literally this morning. It has been a thing since the beginning in 2013, the fabricator went out of business during fabrication and sent us a sub-standard product and then the shipping company smashed the bottom in. So right off the bat we had to rebuild the firebox, with no knowledge of how to do so.

So… realizing that we didn’t make it to our new system before this one died and knowing that the chances are incredibly rare, if somebody in the continental US (no, I’m not going to wait for a container from China) happens to have a 7 bbl kettle sitting around I’d love to hear about it. (edit: a 10 would work as well).
