1. 1. Upgraded from 4 fill head to 5 in 2019
   2. Regular maintenance by experienced crew
   3. DO Buster & custom-made tunnel to reduce TPO and DO pick up (We average <250 ppm @ 20-25 DO in brites.)
   4. Runs up to 50 cans per minute
   5. Adjustable for 12 oz & 16 oz standard cans – chucks and seam ops set up for Superend lids (We used crown cans and lids)
   6. Spare parts package (sold separately) – covers all most probable needed parts
      1. All pneumatic cylinders, seam ops, chuck, pneumatic electronic cylinders, etc…

Paktech CCA 120

1. 1. 1. 4,6,8 pack capability (We did 4 & 6 packs)
      2. 12 oz & 16 oz standard can capability (same as above, Crown cans, but works with any can manufacturer as long as they are “standard” 12 oz & 16 oz)
      3. We never upgraded to the pneumatic set up, so only works with the original paktech carriers. Can be upgraded easily by PakTech to use the newer “easy release” paktech handles.

Wild Goose Depal

1. 1. Standard manual lift depal with automation of pushing cans onto conveyor into twist rinse.
   2. Upgraded the light and sound alarm to alert team when layer has finished and needs to be moved up to the next layer
   3. Can shell pallet jack specifically for depal included (4 pumps for 12 oz cans, 5 for 16 oz cans)
   4. Spare fuses included

Wild Goose Twist Rinse

1. 1. Adjustable for 12 oz & 16 oz standard cans
   2. Modified to use a date code printer head for date coding bottom of cans. (We use a Domino date coder)
   3. Easy to use, easy adjustable
   4. Customized to use ionized air rinse rather than water to reduce TPO

• No spec sheets for twist rinse or depal, but both are in good working condition
• Complete changeover from 12 oz to 16 oz for entire set up is about 45-60 minutes
