• 15, 30,60,90, and 120BBL tank sizes available
• 30BBL brew house
• 1 micron cartridge filtration
• Centrifuge
• Flash pasteurizer
• Canning line on site – able to do standard 12 and 16 oz cans, AND sleeks.  (No glass or plastic bottles though..sorry (who really uses those anymore anyway?)
• Carbonated AND non-carbonated beverages
• Nitrogen Doser
• Kegging available, as well as contract with Microstar kegs
• Cold and Dry storage available for ingredients and after packaging
• R&D recipe design services
• On-site lab for basic testing needs
• Our facility has Organic, Gluten-Free, Kosher, Non-gmo, and Vegan Certifications
• We are also licensed to do spirit and wine based drinks in addition to beer, seltzer, tea, etc.
• ABC License utilization available for direct selling to distribution if you don’t have a CA wholesalers license
• We have partner sources for all packaging materials (cans, lids, case trays, cartons, pac-techs, etc.) and ingredient suppliers (sugar, yeast, juice, concentrates, extracts, etc)
