For sale is a used shrink bundler. This unit was used for 6, 12, and 24 pack trays. The incoming rails are adjustable based on your tray height. We have run 8.4oz-16oz cans on this line without issue and the height should accommodate up to 19.2.

Operation is very simple. The operator loads cans into trays, and then places the trays on the incoming conveyor. A heat knife comes down to cut the film and attach it together. The tray then moves into the heat tunnel, where it shrinks over the tray.

Branded films can be used to improve finished case appearance and secure the product. Older machine, but we found that parts (if needed) were readily available. It is a conveyor and heating elements, so not a lot to go wrong here – a real workhorse.

We are moving to cartons so we are selling this. Only about 10K trays were run through in our possession. The film is spooled differently than the manufacturer intended, but it works great with our method.

This unit is priced to sell and we need to move it ASAP to make room in our pack-out room. Shipping can be arranged by us or the buyer but will be paid for by the buyer. Unit will be crated for shipment. Currently located in New Hampshire.

Shrink tunnel belt is 27″w X 77″L with 11-1/2″ flap clearance teflon mesh belt. Unit could accept up to 15″H product.
