After sitting on this equipment for the past 2 years, we have finally decided it is time to give it a new lease on life.
Included in the lot:

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide more specific details at this time. The equipment is currently in deep storage, and once we enter discussions with a serious buyer, I will get all the relevant information. Understand, I was left with this equipment after a year’s long attempt to open a brewery in 2021 finally ran out of gas as we struggled against the brutal business environment of the time.
This equipment was purchased in a bankruptcy sale, when a long running brew pub in Montreal had to close its doors in 2020 due to the damaging impact from covid. As mentioned, we too had to eventually give up on the dream in 2022.
The good news: our loss is your opportunity!
We are primarily looking to make a simple sale of this equipment. However, we understand the brutal lending environment that exists today, so we are willing to consider other arrangements, including seller financing and/or, for the right business idea, an equity investment.
This brewhouse is ideal for an upstart taproom-focused brewery model. Sometimes – often times – smaller is better. We had a solid business plan to build out this model, but simply lost “the team” due to the challenges brought on by covid. Still, the potential and opportunity remain. So, if you have the brew team and a solid business plan (or want to see ours) and just need the brewing equipment, we are willing to provide this equipment as an investment.
