6000L French Oak Foudre. Used for several cultured sour beer styles. Previously from Golden Mile Vineyards (Road 13 winery). This was built of French Oak by Okanagan Barrel Works in Canada in 2007. It has a bottom and side manway, bottom and side 2″ port with 2″ TC connections with sanitary ball valves, and one sample port/valve. Tank top includes a 40″ fitted SS lid and a mild steel stand with height adjustable feet. $4000 OBO.
