Large custom water boiler with TC fitting bottom out flow and CIP setup. Was used for heating water to brew kombucha tea. Custom fabricated in 2017 by LaBreck Stainless Works out of Hayden, Idaho. Heavy-guage stainless, incredibly well built. Three phase power with digital temp control supply. 48″ deep 48″ diameter, approximately 375 gallon capacity completely full. One of a kind!
