We have a two head, two basin manual keg washer that can get the job done.  It requires that you have hot water, C02 and water.  We would gravity hot water from our HLT into the first basin so that we could do a hot rinse on the kegs.  This would bring the kegs to temp and then we would use caustic in the second basin to perform a cleaning at 140 degrees.   We would then rinse with the first basin and purge on the ground.  This cycle would crush about 20 kegs.  We would perform our sanitary cycle independently later or the next day.
