15 bbl Steam Fired 2 vessel brewhouse for sale

This has been an absolute workhorse for us.

This is an older DME system, including Mash Tun, steam fired Kettle, grant, pumps, HX and controls.  Pumps are currently wired for 230/3ph power.

This is a very reliable, but manual system, if you want it to flow or stop flowing, you are turning a valve.

We have used this for 7 years, and put out about 2,000 bbls per year on it.

Mash tun includes grist hydrator, plates, grant, pump, vorlauf piping, and all you need to make wort.

Kettle is steam jacketed, bottom, side low, side high (3 jackets).  Kettle includes valves and piping for HX arrangement, however we are selling with a different Heat Exchanger than we have been using for 7 years, so some re-piping will likely be needed.  The Heat Ex that we are selling this with came with the new ((to us) system that we bought.  It is a Thermaline T8-U20, and can be expanded if needed.  I have the drawing I can include.

As you would expect, this was installed in our place specific to our place, so we would expect that some plumbing and electrical will be needed to make it work in your space.  We are selling all the parts and pieces to make it connect and work, but some rearranging will likely be needed for your installation.

Full disclosure, we also seem to have some condensate that collects at the back of the kettle and drips out of the insulation jacket.  Steam still fires, and we do not see any steam coming out, so it is not totally clear what this is about.

We have disassembled and labeled all parts so it can be reassembled.

We can package it and prep it for loading on your truck.  Buyer is responsible for shipping from 84115.  Weights and dims provided upon request for serious buyers.  I would expect you need a flatbed trailer and about 20’ of deck, this cannot ship LTL.
