For sale we have an amazing 1200 gallon stainless steel fermenter that was specially designed to brew Kombucha.  It works really well and the kombucha tastes great! Made in the USA by Practical Fusion in Oregon, it has a front manway for easy in/out and separate side and bottom glycol jackets.  The top is open.
