Humulus U!
Brewers Supply Group will host its first annual Humulus U! on September 22 in Moxee, Washington, a program dealing with the preservation of hop quality from the ground to the kettle.
The school will focus on harvest quality, the factors that determine that quality and tools to help brewers be a part of that process. New information will be provided on El Dorado(r) and Sonnet(r), two relatively and popular hop varieties.
