Low-carb beer is the emerging category (fad?) of the year and with more consumers watching their carbs, the question of “how many carbs are in this beer?” may become one of the most frequently asked question of your staff, especially in brewpubs.
To help brewers know about the carbohydrate levels in their products, the Siebel Institute of Technology Laboratory Services division is now offering a test that will give an accurate measure of carbohydrate in beer. The test is $48.00 per sample. More information by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 847-272-8700, ext. 313.
