Profits and shipments were both up for Boston Beer Co in third quarter results according the a company press release yesterday.
The company reported net income of $16.3 million compared with $15.4 million in the comparable period last year.
Net revenue surged 8 percent to $134.8 million from $124.5 million a year earlier, driven by a 7 percent gain in shipment volume for a total of 656,000 barrels.
Depletion’s were up 11% for the quarter and 8% YTD.
