A legislative bill introduced earlier this month in New York state would allow homebrew shops to sell beer for off-site consumption.
The bill, AB 153, defines homebrew shop as a “brewery supply store” which “includes any place or premises where ingredients and equipment to make beer, wine and cider in the home are sold. A brewery supply store may be on the same premises as a brewery.”
