News No-Li Announces Major Expansion Project

No-Li Brewhouse of Spokane, WA has said they are planning to build a new production facility to expand production. The company will maintain their current brewery for small-batch brewing and brand research.

Although a site has not been selected for the new brewery, bank financing has been obtained for the project, which could cost between $5-$8 million and will be 30,000 to 50,000-square-foot range.

    Well this appears to be a very dumb move, even prior to COVID. I bet there will be 2-5 more breweries in the area before this even gets built and even less demand for their OK beer.

    Unfortunate that Mark Ervin gets NO credit for actually being the original founder, brewer, marketing, sales, distribution, and everything else “Northern Lights Brewing” started out to be. From his humble beginnings as a brewer for Hales Ales and setting up out on Airway Heights to establish Northern Lights in the Spokane market He busted his hump to make the company a lot of what it is today. So…Hats off to Mark and a bit of credit where credit is due.
