According to an article in Reuters, North American Breweries has been put up for sale by its owner, private equity firm KPS Capital Partners.
NAB owns Pyramid Breweries and Magic Hat among other beer brands such as Genesee, Labatt and Dundee.
KPS formed the company in February 2009 when it bought the Labatt brands in the U.S. for an undisclosed price from Anheuser-Busch InBev.
