Spangalang Brewery in Denver, CO will sell a 40% share of the company to Denver-based Flyfisher Group, a private equity investment firm.
The Flyfisher Group, which has invested in numerous retail business in the same Denver neighborhood as Spangalang, plans to add a brewpub to the brewery as well as in-house canning.
