Rock Bottom Restaurants and Gordon Biersch Brewery merge
According to a company press release, it was announced today that two well-known national brewpub groups have merged.
Rock Bottom Restaurants and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant will now operate under the company Craftworks Restaurants and Breweries. Each, however, will maintain their own branding and identity. There are apparently no plans to rename or close any existing operations, according to the company announcement.
