Wynkoop and Breckenridge to form joint venture
According to an online article from the Denver Post today, Denver-based craft brewers Wynkoop Brewing Co. and Breckenridge Brewing are forming a joint venture to share brewing operations and marketing.
The companies will retain their current identities but will share brewing facilities, including bottling and canning operations.
