A judge in the Stone Brewing lawsuit against MillerCoors has recommended that MillerCoors be sanctioned for not providing all marketing materials for the Keystone brand as had been requested by the court.
The lawsuit stems from a trademark dispute between Stone Brewing and MillerCoors use of the word “stone” on its Keystone marketing.
The Judge recommended that the court require MillerCoors to cover a portion of the legal fees incurred by Stone so far in the trial.
