Constellation isn’t giving up on Ballast Point yet, but in a sign that they are trying to minimize loses on their $1 billion investment, it was reported yesterday that the Ballast Point taproom and restaurant in Daleville, Virginia will close.
According to the Ballast Point Virginia Facebook page, the brewery next to the on-premise location will remain open.

Constellation purchased Ballast Point in late 2015 and sales have slumped ever since. The brand has been down a little over 20% in volume over the last year in scan data.
