ABInBev has agreed to pay a record $5 million offer in compromise to the Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) for alleged trade practice violations related to sports and entertainment sponsorships between July 2016, and December 2018.
The $5 million payment is about equal to one 30-second Super Bowl ad.
