Tips on Refusing Service at Your Brewery

In almost every state, it is illegal to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person. Often it can result in a criminal infraction for the server in addition to the licensee. Most states impose a hefty fine on the business as well.

The Brewers Association has outlined some helpful tips your servers should be well aware of to protect themselves, the customer and the brewery owner.
