Finally, homebrewing will soon be allowed in all 50 states.
On Thursday, May 9, Governor Robert Bentley signed the homebrew legalization bill HB9 into law. The new law went into effect immediately.
Earlier this year, Mississippi passed a homebrew legalization bill that will go into effect on July 1, 2013, at which time homebrewing will finally be legal in all 50 states.
