Industry Veteran John Mallett to Leave Bell’s Brewing
A veteran of the craft brewing industry for 35 years and vice president of operations and quality at Bell’s Brewery for over 20 years, John Mallet plans on stepping down from the industry in late February.
John has been the brewmaster at Old Dominion Brewing Co. in Virginia and founder and president of SAAZ, a brewery equipment and service company. He has also on several brewing technical committees and served on the Brewers Association board of directors. John was honored with one of the most prestige awards in the industry, the Russell Schehrer Award for Brewing Innovation in 2002 as well as the Recognition Award by the Brewers Association in 2021.
