News Great Divide to Shutdown RiNo Packaging Plant

In what is the largest brewery closure in Colorado due to the pandemic, Great Divide Brewing Co. will be shutting down its packaging facility in the RiNo district of Denver.

The massive 65,000 square foot facility is not used for brewing but contains canning and kegging lines, bright tanks, barrel-aging rooms, cold storage and a beer bar. Beer will continue to be produced at the original Great Divide brewery nearby where it has been brewing beer since 1994.

The company will sell the RiNo facility and plans to retain all current employees.
