OvalOptions and Comrade Brewing are joining forces to host the 2014 Great American Brewers Dialogue at 10:30am on Oct. 1st in conjunction with the Great American Brewers Festival. This year’s GABD takes place at Comrade Brewing Company in Denver and focuses on trademarks: what they mean, their effects, and dispute processes. This is a free event. Anyone from a brewery can attend.
Craft Beer Attorney Candace Moon will provide information regarding the legal aspects of trademarks and address questions from attendees. Guest speakers from several craft breweries will highlight their experiences with trademarks and trademark disputes.
OvalOptions will provide information on alternative dispute processes and facilitate the dialogue.
