A bill in Kentucky would allow limited self-distribution for brewers in the state to sell up to 2,500 barrels of beer directly to licensed retailers. Currently in the state, all beer must be sold to a distributor.
Senate Bill 231 was introduced last year but was sidelined due to the pandemic. Brewers are hopeful to get the bill passed this year.
