Globally, RTD’s (including hard seltzer) were the only alcohol category to grow during the 2020 Covid year. Independent research from IWSR shows that global RTD growth was up by 26.4% in 2020.
It probably isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
Given the popularity across a broad demographic, RTD’s are projected to increase by almost +27% globally in 2021, driven largely by huge growth in the US, which holds nearly half (44%) of global RTD volume.
